» Everyone With Jake: Jake Owen will celebrate anywhere ... with you. He did Monday night, anyway, with thousands of fans on hand as "Anywhere With You" was cheered for hitting No. 1 on the charts. An estimated 20,000 showed up for his free Summer Block Party in Nashville (8/19) after Owen reached out on Facebook and Twitter to invite folks on what happened to be the first day of classes at Vanderbilt and Belmont universities. The parking lot venue overflowed onto Music Row as The Cadillac Three warmed up those lucky enough to get in. Then Jake took the stage despite having part of his right ring finger amputated earlier in the day, the result of a recent go-cart accident. Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley, Thomas Rhett and Dee Jay Silverjoined him for songs during his set that lasted over two hours. "Nashville! Thank You for making my dreams come true," Jake tweeted after the show. "I moved here to do what I love. Still on a high."
